Job Description - Reviewing 100% of loan originations - 1000+ loans a month that the team originates   Wholesale, consumer & mortgage portfolios, consumer lending (home equity loans, home equity lines of credit), personal loans, some autos) - Transaction Processing: Loan maintenance, code corrections, payment reversals, tax reporting, quality control. - Compliance: Adhere to laws and regulations, including BSA/AML policies. - Accountability: Take responsibility from receipt to resolution, recommend improvements. - Regulatory Team: Review and report loans for CRA and HMDA. - Balancing & Verification: Balance loan ledgers, support out-of-balance research, input/verify loans, SBA reporting/remittance. - Research Requests: Provide payoff requests, research credit bureau disputes, handle complex requests. - Quarterly Audits: Assist in audits. - Monthly Remittances: Process VSI/GAP/EDR/DGU remittances. Participation Payments: Process participation payments/wires and SWAP loan transactions.
