Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with experience in Loan Servicing Support to join our team based in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. This role plays an integral role in the financial services industry, focusing on handling loan-related tasks, maintaining customer relations, and ensuring data accuracy. Responsibilities: • Handle loan-related tasks including paperwork, tracking, and data entry. • Provide efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers. • Review post-closing tasks and loan documents for completeness, organize and scan files to attach to loan file in servicing software. • Resolve any servicing requests or issues with borrowers and lenders. • Answer incoming phone calls to the department promptly and professionally. • Assist borrowers and lenders in resolving issues that arise and manage loan defaults. • Track and manage tax and insurance related matters. • Assist with the onboarding of loans. • Use automated underwriting systems like Calyx Point and CRM for data processing and tracking. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain communication with all stakeholders.
