The Collateral Review Technician is responsible for the post-closing review of loan files for accuracy/completeness to ensure compliance with all regulatory and Company lending guidelines.  Candidates must be highly organized and process-oriented with strong attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

Review loan files to ensure that all required documents are present and properly executed. 

Verify accuracy of loan details

Conduct quality control by performing a thorough review of loan documents to identify any errors, discrepancies, or missing information that may require correction or clarification.

Preparing and organizing loan documents for submission to warehouse banks, investors, government agencies, and other stakeholders as required.

Coordinate with internal and external parties to resolve post-closing issues such as missing or incomplete documents and/or discrepancies.

Review, payment and activation of Conventional MI

Preparation of closed loan documents for imaging

Scanning of loan files into imaging system

Requirements

Must be detail-oriented and able to work with a high volume of documents in a fast-paced environment. 

Candidates must be highly organized and process oriented. 

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with all levels of the company and investors. 

Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook a must.
