Loaner Coordinator

Position Summary

The Loaner Coordinator provides excellent customer service by fulfilling loaner requests from clients and the Sales team.  The position will work with a team of individuals to exceed customer expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the Director, Customer Care, is relentless about providing superior service to the customer.Provides full phone and email coverage during shift for loaner requests from Sales team and Clients.Document all loaner requests, fulfillments, and declines.Prepare documentation, including packing slip and/or Loaner Agreement for all fulfilled orders.Prepare packages for shipment to final destination.Facilitate retrieval of loaners from Sales team and Clients.Processes loaner returns including quality control evaluations, repairs, and invoicing to client, as appropriate. Restocks inventory maintaining accurate inventory location and count.Assist with bi-yearly physical inventory count of all assets.

Education and Experience:

Required:

High School diplomaUp to three years of customer service experience

Preferred:

Healthcare industry experienceUnderstanding of surgical equipment service capabilitiesProficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and ability to learn company specific programs
