Daily responsibilities will include: + Monitoring availability of Loaner Fleet + Issuing loaner vehicles to Service customers + Walking around vehicle with customer to inspect for damage when vehicle is checked out and returned + Documenting all information pertaining to the transaction + Following up on exception vehicles + Ensuring all vehicles are clean an in proper working order This is a value added service our clients have come to appreciate along with our exceptional Customer Service. We are seeking a candidate that will uphold these standards. Additionally, we are looking for: + Previous experience in a Customer Service, preferable in a similar role + High School Diploma or Equivalent + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Data entry and computer knowledge + Availability to work Monday - Friday with rotating Saturday
