What You’ll Do:

Serve as the welcoming face of the Remi, greeting guests with confidence, warmth, and style. Provide personalized assistance with directions to food & beverage outlets and hotel services. Maintain an elegant, confident presence in the lobby at all times, engaging with guests in a polished and professional manner. Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to enhance their stay. Collaborate closely with front desk, valet, security, and food & beverage teams to ensure seamless service. Monitor the lobby’s ambiance and appearance, ensuring it remains inviting, clean, and organized. Represent the Remi brand voice and energy—cool, composed, and connected. Ability to train as and work with front desk agents. You’re a Great Fit If You Have: 1+ year of experience in a luxury hospitality, hostess, concierge, or customer service role. A well-groomed, polished, and professional presentation. Natural communication skills—warm, articulate, and attentive. The ability to stay composed in fast-paced, high-energy environments. A flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts. Ambassador shifts are generally Thursday: 4pm to 11pm, Friday: 4pm to 12am, and Saturday: 4pm to 12am.
