Lobby Ambassador (Mixed Shift)

Job Overview:

As part of the Front Desk Team the Lobby Ambassador’s main responsibility is to greet everyone and provide excellent customer service. To create a safe and friendly environment for the residents, guests, and visitors. This position is customer service driven, the candidate must be outgoing, friendly, and enjoy people. The candidate will greet residents, guests, and visitors as they arrive or depart and offer baggage assistance, package deliveries, and information assistance.

 

Your Responsibilities:

Engage with residents, their guests, and visitors by enhancing the service experience from their arrival to their departure from the property. Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Must be knowledgeable about the local area and be informative about the property and its amenities. Assist residents with their luggage, and delivery of all their packages, groceries, dry cleaning, and more. Cover the Front Desk and serve as a Front Desk Agent as needed by the operations. Must work with all departments i.e.: housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, receiving, etc… to ensure residents' needs are taken care of and resolved to their satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 30 – 50 lbs. Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time. Handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages. Reach with hands and arms. Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word. Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions Complete all required forms. Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirements. Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 3PM - 9:30PM; Saturday - Sunday, 11AM - 7:30PM

Compensation: $17 - $18 Hourly
