Responsibilities:\n\nWelcome visitors warmly at the front desk, greeting, directing, and announcing them appropriately while utilizing the visitor management system.\nOperate a multi-line switchboard, accurately identifying callers' needs and connecting them to the appropriate contacts.\nRegularly update the incoming call flow guide.\nEnsure office security by monitoring access from the reception desk, issuing visitor badges, deactivating access when necessary, and maintaining accurate records of security badges for both office and building use.\nAssist with scheduling conference rooms and maintaining spreadsheets or documents related to facility functions, including upcoming meetings and space utilization.\nSupport meetings and events by coordinating and assisting with room setup, space configuration, and catering arrangements.\nRespond to employee service requests via internal ticketing systems.\nManage and stock facility-related supplies as needed.\nHandle special cleaning requests by coordinating with the janitorial service provider.\nAct as a liaison with property management for facility maintenance issues such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, when required.\nReceive, sort, deliver, and scan incoming mail and parcels as needed.\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nHigh School diploma or equivalent (GED).\nMinimum of 2-5 years Mail\/Print services related experience preferred with knowledge of commonly used Office Services procedures.\n1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.).\nExcellent customer service skills; must possess a \"can do\" attitude.\nExcellent communication skills both verbal and written.\nAbility to effectively work individually or in a team environment.\nCompetency in performing multiple functional tasks.\nAttention to detail.\nAbility to handle mail or hand cart, as well as flatbed.\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds.\nValid driver's license with a clean driving record.
