We are currently seeking an experienced Lobby Manager to join our vibrant and diverse Rooms division 

This role allowed you to be an ambassador of "The Lobby" which is a signature symbol of the Peninsula Tokyo Opportunity to interact and accommodate with various background of guests both international and local

 

Key Accountabilities 

Greet and accommodate all guests in the lobby area in order to create seamless experiences including providing full room orientation and other inquiries from guests Cooperate and communicate well with cross teams including Front Desk, Chief Concierge, Guest Services and Guest Relations, including the Lobby retail managers Daily checking tasks include; VIP arrival/ departure, Banquet and wedding functions, Log Book, F&B outlets reservation status, Shift coverage Monitor and ensure The Lobby F&B outlets is well managed as well as  Front Desk, Concierge and Bell Captain

Requirements: 

Minimum 3+ years experiences as duty manager or related area in Rooms department  Prior experience in guest facing roles Fluent English, Japanese language ability is a strong advantage  Great problem-solving skills and flexibility
