Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Required Qualifications/Duties:
Skill in using personal computers, office equipment, and mobile electronics. Operate telephone equipment to redirect calls. Keep the front desk organized and the lobby presentable. Create welcome messages (on monitor) for important visitors and customers as needed. Assist employees with general information. Personable and helpful demeanor. Assist with ad-hoc projects in the Facilities and EHS departments. Alert facilities and EHS of reported hazards and monitor emergency phones. Greeting guests, printing badges, and professionally creating welcome messages for large groups.Education & Experience
Education and Work Experience:
High School Diploma. Administrative experience a plus. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.Skills
Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) are a plus. The ability to multitask.
Working Conditions
Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pmPhysical Requirements
The work performed by this role is in an office environment. Extended periods of sitting are to be expected.
Safety Requirements
All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp. Corporate EHS standards.
