We are seeking a Change Manager/Communications Lead who has in depth experience leading large change management efforts.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience supporting financial transformations or working on ERP implementation programs. In this role you will be interfacing heavily with C Suite executives including presentations, creating status and executive briefings. You will be responsible for conducing change management assessments to determine the amount to of change that will impact each of the 5 companies/business units and how they will be impacted. This person will also be the lead over designing and creating training as it relates to this transformation. The ideal candidate would have experience supporting global programs in a communications and change management capacity.

Required Skills:
Must have at least 10 years of experience working in a Change Management or Communications role
Experience leading change and communications for a large multi-project transformation program
Experience supporting financial transformations, Financial ERP implementations
Experience conducting change management assessments
Experience working closely with executives such as VPs and Directors that can drive lasting and organic change
Experience leading the development and implementation of a Change approach/strategy including developing plans for Change, Communications and Training as well as managing execution against those plans
Experience working on a large-scale change management effort where the changes took and where compliance was improved
Experience leading at least 2 or more resources of change, communications, and training professionals
Excellent communication skills including communication with C-suite executives
An expert in change management including stakeholder management with a record of delivering enduring change in Finance
Experience translating project plans and requirements into relevant, actionable change-oriented scope, plans and deliverables
Experience identifying metrics that serve to demonstrate delivery and anchoring of change
Excellent influencing and communication skills to work with, direct and influence team leads / process owners and their teams, project managers and work stream leads within the program
Ability to build consensus and alignment through to coordination, facilitation, and the ability to influence different groups of stakeholders at all levels
Experience diplomatically challenging differing opinions to reach best outcome as well as ability to compromise when it makes most sense
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders that build trust
Self-motivated and initiative
Strong ability to take in requirements and translate into action items
Ability to act with a sense of urgency and pivot focus as priorities change
