You will ensure the efficient handling of HR tasks, maintain accurate employee data, addresses inquiries, and calls out complex issues to experts.

In this role you will (be):Accountable for accurate and timely execution of assigned HR tasks of low and medium complexityUpdate and manage employee information in the Workday system, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-dateRespond to inquiries from employees, providing them with the information they need.Handle simple questions from employees, offering clear and helpful answers.For more complex questions, you will refer employees to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who can provide specialized assistanceResponsible for organizing and archiving HR documents, ensuring they are stored correctly and can be easily retrieved when needed

What You will need to be successful:Proficient in Polish and upper-intermediate level of EnglishPrevious experience in a similar role, preferably in HR.HR certification is a plusGreat Teammate: Ability to work well with others.Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.Knowledge of Salesforce, Workday or similar tools would be beneficialExperience in an international environment and familiarity with global business services is an advantage
