You will supervise the administration of comprehensive employee benefits and supports the effective use of HR tools. This role ensures accurate preparation and management of HR documents, maintains employee data, and generates vital reports. Key accountabilities include procurement tasks, onboarding support, content publication, audit participation, and contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a crucial role in knowledge sharing and team support.

In this role you will (be):Responsible for administration of employee benefits: pension plans, life insurance, medical insurance, Multisport, social fund, cafeteria, meal cards, jubilee awards, and share matchSupporting employees in using HR tools: Including Workday, Salesforce, Zebra, and benefits platformsAnswering questions on local HR policies and processesAccountable for preparation of documents: Including contracts, amendments, and certificates.Reviewing, approving, and maintaining employee data in WorkdayRequest data changes in WorkdayPreparing standard and ad-hoc reports from WorkdayCreating purchase orders (POs), goods receipts (GRs), processing invoices, and ordering payments to third parties, including benefits providers and work agencies.Supporting new hires: Including welcome emails, referrals for medical examinations, and onboarding sessions with EHHS, payroll, and benefits.Publishing HR-related content on the IntranetParticipating actively in auditsSupporting and sharing knowledge with team members: Helping to onboard new team members.Participating in HR projects, including continuous improvement initiatives.What You will need to be successful:Proficient Polish, Upper-intermediate English knowledge.University degree/relevant qualification or depth experience in Human Resources (HR certification is a plus)1-2 years of experience in a similar positionBasic knowledge of finance and/or accountingSound knowledge of MS Office (Excel)Knowledge of Salesforce, Workday or similar toolsProject management experience is an advantageKnowledge of Polish labor law (personnel files, work schedules)Experience working in an international environment with cooperation with global business services is beneficial
