Local Business Area Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead global or local commercial teams. Each day, you will be accountable for the commercial deployment of the organization within your assigned geographical scope. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the design and implementation of the business commercial strategy.The work model for the role is: #LI-hybridThis role is contributing to the IEC LV Motors Division in South Korea.You will be mainly accountable for:• Ensuring the integrated commercial success of the organization in order to drive business growth, market share, and achievement of organizational performance and growth objectives.• Creating, implementing, reviewing and relentlessly executing the business commercial strategy, industry segment strategy and go-to-market model.• Driving appropriate productivity optimization, and capital efficiency with special focus areas such as profitability, demand analysis, cost-to-serve, channel profitability and Return on Investment,• Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor and industry analysis to the leadership team to create an effective business plan based on commercial opportunities.

Qualifications for the role

Over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing or engineering in Motors/Drives industry Technical background and understanding of Motors and Drives Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical engineering or a similar field Over 5 years of people managing experiences Strong communication skill in Korean and English
