Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for business activities, including operations, portfo-lio management, and commercial (sales & marketing) functions. You will be accountable for driving profitable business growth and achieving both short-term and long-term HUB growth and organiza-tional development targets.The work model for this role (onsite) This role is contributing to Process Automation Business Area based in Doha, Qatar.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tImplementing business strategy and ensuring business development in the operating unit, with full P&L responsibility.•\tEnsuring profitable business growth through performance targets and regular oversight.•\tOverseeing execution and delivery, aiming for best-in-class customer experience.•\tDriving productivity, delivery performance, and cost optimization.•\tMonitoring quality metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and oversee and implement new functional processes and tools, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.•\tEnsuring (with HR Manager support) the area of responsibility is suitably organized, employee skill set are developed to suit local installation base requirements, by motivating and guiding within HR policies.•\tLeading the local division team, fostering a safe, healthy, performance-oriented, and inclusive culture.•\tImplementing and ensuring compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes related to operations/project execution.•\tDriving marketing and sales, building long-term relationships with customers and partners.Manage performance and organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor’s degree – Electrical, Process or Instrumentation Engineering. \tMinimum 10 years of relevant process automation experience industry within Process Analytical field.\tProven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.\tStrong change management abilities.\tSignificant experience in the Middle East region.\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with Fluency in English and Arabic language pre-ferred.\tAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and external contacts.\tExperience in developing future leaders and building high-performing teams.\tCommitment to health, safety, and continuous improvement in HSE processes
