ResponsibilitiesThe Local HR Business Partner aligns the organization’s people strategy with its business strategy. Acting as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, the HRBP serves as an employee champion and change agent. They assess and anticipate HR-related needs, communicating proactively with the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partner: Collaborate with the business to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.Performance Management: Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.Talent Acquisition: Support during the recruitment process.Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies.Training and Development: Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.Change Management: Lead HR projects and initiatives to support organizational change. Consult the global HR BP on country-specific knowledge, such as employment law, location policies, and audit requirements necessary to be delivered on-site.HR Assignments and Projects: Take on HR assignments and projects in close consultation with the global HR BP.Business Support: Support the business in implementing the respective business strategy and all business-relevant matters (e.g., sick leaves, maternity leaves, escalations) after close consultation of priorities with the global HR BP.Value-Added Activities: Focus on front-end activities that deliver direct added value to the business from an HR perspective.Collaboration: Act as a reflection surface for the global HR BP for all local, business-related topics that need to be considered. Ensure efficient collaboration with the Bruker Service Center.Country Management Support: Support the respective HR Country Management in different business-related topics.
