This is a SAP paid internship placement that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

 

Role Description
Local HR Services provides services where unique country support is required while we continue to deliver consistent and standardized services aligned with global initiatives. By combining local labour knowledge and deep process understanding, we are supporting an efficient and compliant HR service delivery.  Local HR Services is responsible to resolve employee requests, consult employees, and carry out operational HR administration across whole employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding. Local HR Services Intern cooperates closely with all other teams within HR. 

 

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance of employee files, Optical archiving, archiving physical documents Check for correctness of various employment documents Local HR Services function administration support Prepare reports for Payroll Support the Onboarding process Other ad hoc activities in the HR Operational field


Education and qualifications / Skills and competencies

Student in university, business administration or HR-oriented field preferably Ability to work with confidential information  Attention to detail, good organizational skills Customer-oriented Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a self-driven attitude MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Professional communication skills. Fluency in written and verbal Polish and English.

 

Work experience

Experience from administration or customer-oriented environment experience is an advantage.

 

Contract information

Part-time or full-time employment 
6-month or 12-month contract with the possibility of extension
