LOCAL NETWORK MANAGER

**Description**
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Manage, support, and maintain:
+ Vendor Access Requests
+ All computer/network components including servers, network equipment, wireless access points, cabling, printers, and work stations
+ Security camera systems
+ Door readers and controller systems
+ Phone systems
+ All “Production Floor / Plant Floor Systems”
+ Work with end-users proposing new hardware and software solutions
+ Test all hardware and software modifications before they are introduced into production
+ Provide hardware and software diagnostics for network, hardware, and software issues
+ Seek out opportunities to automate plant processes
+ Implement automated solutions plant-wide
+ Communicate Plant Systems Outages and Notices
+ Analyze software issues, installation, and testing of applications software/patches
+ Provide on-call support for complex software problems and issues
+ Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ 3 years of related experience
+ Proficient in reading and writing ladder logic plc program
+ Proficient in graphics packages / HMI interface
+ Fundamental understanding of VLANs
+ Fundamental understanding of Citrix desktop
· Server, Windows 10, Office 2016
· Cisco Network Switch cabling, connectivity, configurations, and troubleshooting
· Phone systems experience desirable, but not required
· MCSE Certification is a plus, but not required
· A+ Certification is a plus, but not required
**Skills/Abilities Required:**
· Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Must have strong customer support abilities
· Must be willing to work in a plant / industrial environment
· Must be willing to travel as required to support additional plant
