What you can look forward to as Local Process Expert (m/f/d): Analyses existing business processes and identifies opportunities for improvement. This may include simplifying workflows, automating tasks or implementing best practices. Supports the team and business partners in the application of SAP processes.  Checks and applies for authorizes of transactions within certain limits and deals with deviations If required, develops innovative solutions to solve complex business problems in alignment with the global process expert Offers second level support for the operational business and the key-users on site and acts as  a main point of contact on site for the global process experts Develops functional specifications to meet customer demands and/or legal affairs on site in alignment with the global process expert Implements tests, releases for operational system and takes over the training responsibility for the users on site Your Profile as Local Process Expert (m/f/d): In-depth knowledge of SAP system on site Detailed knowledge of end-to-end processes on site Strong interpersonal skills are important to ensure quality service to team leaders and/or operations managers. Experience with ERP transitions is an advantage. Bachelor's or university degree in engineering, business administration, technology, finance or computer science.
