Job Description
主要职责:
根据中央市场策略及大区情况制定大区策略及行动计划;高效执行大区市场计划,确保信息有效传递至客户
2. 合理管理、使用并整合市场资源,洞悉并把握市场机会,提高资源有效性
3. 联合市场部,医学部及ACE等跨部门团队和经销商团队重点推进在大区层面的重点项目有效落地
4. 掌握并熟悉领域专业知识,并赋能大区销售团队和经销商团队
5. 培养全国/区域讲者及KOL,主动搭建学术平台
任职要求:
医药相关专业本科学历及以上,5年以上医药行业经验,具有市场或销售管理经验;疫苗行业经验优先; 具备良好的数据分析和逻辑思维,能够将客户和市场洞见转化为大区市场策略和计划 良好的合作影响力,能够与内外部关键决策者高效互动 主动担当,具有良好的学习能力和适应性
