Job description:
- Identification, review and evaluation of possible suppliers in terms of quality, delivery time and according to the needs of the organization.
- Carrying out necessary activities in order to establish effective relationships with suppliers. Reviewing and monitoring the products received from suppliers according to the desired and defined requirements.
- Submitting proposals, requesting prices and negotiating with suppliers in compliance with the rules and guidelines defined in the organization.
- Preparation and presentation of specialized reports related to purchase records to superiors.
- Carrying out the necessary activities in order to control the cost in compliance with the rules, guidelines and budget defined in the organization.
- Carrying out the necessary activities in order to prepare and sign contracts with suppliers in compliance with the rules and guidelines defined in the organization.
- Creating an archive to record the records of purchases and suppliers.
- Doing things related to placing orders and following up and monitoring all things related to sending purchases on time to their destination and receiving them on time and with quality.
- Carrying out the necessary activities in order to follow up on obtaining the necessary permits for the required purchases. Checking and controlling the invoices delivered at the source in order to check their authenticity.
- Carrying out the necessary cooperation in identifying risks and opportunities related to the purchase of factory materials and trying to control them.
