What are we looking for?

SentinelOne is seeking an experienced Localization Manager to lead the company’s localization and translation efforts of all marketing content, channels and assets. This newly created position and centralized function will ensure that SentinelOne’s content resonates with a rapidly growing global audience and maintains a common brand voice and consistent message, while addressing local nuances and needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in localization, project management, and cybersecurity or tech industries, and a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with regional marketing, product marketing, brand, demand generation and communications teams.      

What will you do? Develop and lead a comprehensive location strategy aligned with the company’s priority geographical markets and growth objectives  Orchestrate and centralize disparate localization initiatives and efforts in the Americas, EMEA and APJ Review, upgrade and consolidate localization agencies to maintain the highest standards, ensure consistency and optimize related investments Manage third party localization agencies and contractors  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Brand, Demand Generation and Comms) to identify localization needs Coordinate translation memory, style guides, and terminology management  Partner with product and customer customer success teams to ensure consistent customer journeys and user experience Work with web and SEO teams to optimize localized content for search visibility and inbound user journeys Define and enforce quality standards for translations and localization efforts Implement tools and processes for linguistic testing, proofreading, and user feedback analysis

What Skills And Knowledge Should You Bring?

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications,business, cybersecurity, or a related field 8+ years of experience in a localization management role B2B Enterprise tech experience required, cybersecurity experience preferred Experience supporting multiple internal stakeholders and managing cross-functional localization initiatives Business-level fluency in at least one non-English language strongly preferred  Strong project management skills, with proficiency in tools like Asana Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable operating in dynamic, high-growth, face-paced environments

Base Salary Range$128,800—$177,000 USD
