【業務内容】
Complete administrative tasks including organization of emails and documents, import/export of data, document creation and maintenanceIdentify/understand project requirementsManage simple projects-Placing jobs, setting up jobs; calculating and assigning budget
-Identifying best vendors for the accounts, contacting vendors, negotiate deadlines, and price
-Creating purchase order
-Conduct final eye and project delivery upon graduation on regular, special and sample project
-Final check of deliverables against initial instruction
-Billing: contact vendors to resolve issues such as invoice/word count discrepancies; data entry
Create and track schedules for individual projects and departmentsLog costs, scores, and general job information onto spreadsheetsAssess/understand complex job requirementsCreate project plans for internal and external useMaintain relationships with vendors: identify, recruit, engage and train vendors for accountsProcess innovation and improvement, such as creation of macros, new platforms, processesFollow-up with vendors, contact the Vendor Management team with any requests, vendor calendar management, expansion of vendor selection and creation of potential vendor listsManage and create specific accounts Translation Memory & GlossaryCreate and maintain reference materialFile preparation: Format using .doc, PDF and .xls files; importing images into Word documents, PPT, etc.Identify root causes and communicate findings to the rest of the teamIdentify and anticipate risks (severity, likelihood, early detection)Analyze client feedback/root cause and drive appropriate actionsAssist in Compliance Report investigationsActively participate in the implementation of preventive actionsActively participate in the creation of immediate corrective and preventive actionsShare knowledge and expertise with internal and external stakeholdersSolve technical issues in collaboration with the appropriate support teamCommunicate potential failure modes to stakeholderAct to avoid identified failure modesSupport senior team members in training new employeesLiaise with internal Machine Translation team for set-up and trainingUtilize Project Directory (PD) effectively (set up new clients, TM, glossaries, etc.)Aid other Project Managers in daily tasks as neededComplete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor【必須スキル&経験】
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese skill is a very plus.Advanced problem solving/critical thinking skillsFlexibility and adaptability, ability to work with efficiently in a changing business environmentGood interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels of the organization and externally, with vendorsAbility to effectively multitask in order to simultaneously execute multiple projectsGood organization skills. Ability to prioritize and orientation on resultsAbility to maintain professionalism and focus under pressure and tight deadlinesGood time management skillsMinimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent or relevant working experienceTypically requires 2 years of related work experience or 1 year of experience as a Project Assistant in the company【インターナショナルなオフィス環境】

人事面接(オンライン)→適性テスト(自宅)→オフィス面接(西新宿)→最終オンライン面接※場合により、面接やテストが追加される場合もございます。
【年収・給与】
年俸制:340~360万円社会保険完備交通費支給(月額上限3万円)【労働時間および休日】
月~金 9:00-19:00の間で労働8時間+休憩1時間
週休2日制(土日祝日)、有給休暇(初年度15日)、誕生日休暇、慶弔休暇、育児休暇、傷病休暇
【契約形態】
1年目は契約社員(最初の6ヶ月は試用期間)、2年目より双方合意のうえ正社員に移行
※契約社員の間も、給与、社会保険、有休日数などの待遇は正社員と同等です。
