STATE PROFILE SUMMARY: Under general supervision, provides working level technical support in one or more of the following areas: OMAT, maintenance, construction, intermodal, planning, utilities, surveying, environmental or traffic
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Trains to specialize in a particular area of emphasis within the area of assignment which may include working in both indoor and/or field setting.
· Under general supervision, training and performing work of routine difficulty in compiling topographic maps by photogrammetric methods.
· Under general supervision, p rovide entry level professional support for Photogrammetry: Proofing Aerial photographs and performs related work as required for photogrammetry.
STATE ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:
+ High school diploma or GED and Six months of experience at position equivalent.
AGENCY PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience with a CAD based platform software
· Ability to assist Photogrammetry Lab as needed.
· May travel and assist to take photographs of historical structures/sites.
· Must have 3D vision capability.
· Training and experience leading to demonstrated competencies or abilities needed to learn photogrammetric skills.
· Possesses the ability to see detail, including three-dimensional detail, by stereoscopic inspection of aerial photos, quickly and accurately.
· Ability to perform repetitive visual examination tasks effectively, collecting data and coordinate positions from aerial photos, over a long period of time.
· Ability to learn from written material such as technical equipment manuals, software manuals, and standard operating procedures, by determining the main idea or essential message.
· Ability to interpret and respond to verbal messages in ways that are appropriate to listeners and situations.
· Works and communicates with co-workers to help meet customer needs; committed to quality service for the unit's customers.

Good Employment Standing:
In accordance with the Interview and Selection Process (ISP), an applicant must have no active disciplinary actions to be in good employment standing. Actions that may disqualify an applicant include letters of reprimand (active for 12 months after issuance date); suspension without pay or disciplinary demotion (active for 12 months from the effective date); Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and Leave Restriction Plans (active until 12 months after the date of conclusion). In addition, an employee must have an overall ePerformance rating score of three (3) or higher on their most current evaluation. Please note that Memorandums of Concern are not considered disqualifying factors. Human Resources may remove any employee from consideration for selection who is pending a disciplinary action; however, if the action is resolved in the employee’s favor, he or she will be allowed to compete.
