Manufacturing Unit Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesAs a core member of the HR team in branch Rakovski Electrification Smart Buildings manufacturing unit, you will be in charge of the overall HR contribution and value added to the business. You will partner with the relevant leaders to understand business drivers and the current and long-term strategy, and to identify opportunities for HR to add value to the business.Continuing your career path, you will translate business goals into HR priorities and ensure effective implementation in partnership with the Centers of Expertise and global business services.The work model for the role is onsite.You will be mainly accountable for:•Ensuring an effective overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services with focus on the recruitment of production workers•Supporting the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle by determining and delivering the best approach in the area of responsibility and executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business.•Partnering with respective managers to develop and implement people strategies.•Supporting change management initiatives and driving behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility.You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor's or master’s degree in HR Management, Engineering, Business Administration or relevantYou have 5 + years of experience in human resources experience Possess an enhanced knowledge of HR processes and regulations You are strong in teamworking and demonstrate drive toward results and improvementYou are at ease communicating in Bulgarian and English language, both written and spoken
