Toll Brothers Mortgage, America's Leading Luxury Lender, seeks a Lock Desk Assistant, Capital Markets to support our fast-paced Mortgage Sales team at our office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
In this role, you will be responsible for pipeline management, oversight of investor daily rate publication, offering the best execution/selling loans in the secondary market, and communication with investors, our sales team, and various other internal teams.

2-5 years of mortgage experience is preferred. Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills is preferred. Attention to detail, strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills are required.
