**Job Summary and Qualifications**
**JOB TITLE** – Senior Director, Locum Tenens
**GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:** Responsible for overall management of all aspects of our organization’s Locum Tenens internal recruitment service line to include the recruitment and placement of Physicians and Advanced Practice roles within our program. Responsibilities include; effectively leading a department of recruiters, development of strategic sourcing strategies, KPI management, collaborate and strategize with MSP Ops Director counterparts and VP, and management/coordination of all candidate and client relationship issues.

**SUPERVISES** – Recruiters and Recruiting Support Roles
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO** :
· Lead the enterprise on recruiting and sourcing candidates for Locum Tenens through the execution of best practice methodologies for sourcing and recruiting.
· Overall responsibility for the selection, hiring and training of staff personnel within the team. This includes performance evaluation, recruitment and retention. Accountable for setting and managing performance expectations of staff, as well as train, motivate and encourage professional growth.
· Build and foster relationships and trust with key clients; understand client’s needs and objectives.
· Strategically directs the overall function of the Locum Tenens Delivery team through planning, development, implementation, and relationship maintenance focusing on people, processes and technology.
· Accurately assesses, plans, and directs services using a collaborative process, according to the scope of service offered that is consistent with resource allocation, organization policies and operational plans.
· Develops and recommends strategies to support and enhance company policies and programs.
· Builds effective relationships and respond quickly to emerging customer opportunities and provide for seamless execution of the company’s business processes that exceed customer expectations.
· Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client’s needs on an ongoing basis.
· Maintain overall accountability/responsibility for all aspects of the program to include, management of resources and expenditures within established budgetary standards.
· Adheres to annual goals and builds team, strategies, culture, etc. to achieve targets.
· Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet performance objectives and customers’ expectations
· Interprets company policies, objectives and operational procedures to infrastructure and network staff.
· Ensure the communication and implementation of new or updated HR policies and procedures and corporate directives.

**EDUCATION** –Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required
**EXPERIENCE** –
· Minimum of five years healthcare management or staffing experience.
· Relevant industry experience may substitute previous healthcare requirement
· Experience leading large scale business transformation programs or implementations preferred
· Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels including hospital executives
**CERTIFICATE/LICENSE** – None
**PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS** –
+ Exert up to 20 lbs force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs frequently
+ Requires prolonged sitting and some bending, stooping, and stretching.
+ Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment.
+ Requires the perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction; ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound
+ Requires normal range of eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports.
+ Requires dexterity to type.
Work is performed in and office environment and involves frequent contact with staff and the public.
