\n \n Job Description

Associa is looking for a part-time Lodge Attendant to join our team in Reno, NV. The Lodge Attendant monitors resident and guest use of club facilities for adherence to the Rules & Regulations regarding facility use. In addition, will assist in functions/duties relating to operation and maintenance of facilities, and maintain verification of residents’ membership to the club facilities, parking and surrounding facilities at the community.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to:

\n\nResponsible for regular contact with residents and guests using clubhouse facilities.\nResponsible for the cleanliness of the club facility’s interior/exterior and its furniture and equipment which includes, however is not limited, to the following:\n\n

Multi-Purpose Room:

\n\nSets up and tears down tables, chairs, and equipment for meetings, events, and activities following written or verbal instruction.\nClean up after events as needed. Kitchen:\nClean refrigerator and/or freezer as needed.\nLoad and/or empty dishwasher as needed.\n\n

Billiard Area:

\n\nCheck for missing or damages equipment; if found – report the condition to the Community Manager.\nPolish wooden portions of the billiard table.\n\n

Locker Rooms / Restrooms:

\n\nCheck for cleanliness throughout the day – report any major problems.\nCheck for water leaks and/or slip hazards – report or correct as appropriate.\nCut any locks left on the lockers overnight.\nResponsible for cleaning the exterior grounds and recreation facilities, which includes, however is not limited to the following:\n\n

Pool/ Spa:

\n\nStraighten pool area furniture, close umbrellas nightly (remove and store in high winds or inclement weather).\n\n

General Duties (Interior):

\n\nInforms residents and guests of Rules & Regulations as needed.\nRequests proof of membership to club facilities by requesting to see Association issued photo ID cards or a valid guest pass.\nJanitorial duties including: clean interior and exterior of all accessible glass windows and doors, sweep and mop/ polish non-carpeted floors, spot clean/ vacuum carpet as needed, dust / polish wood furniture, keep furniture and decorations in proper order, empty wastebaskets/ trash cans as needed, report any shortage of supplies to the Community Manager.\n\n

Building Exterior/ Parking Areas/ General:

\n\nInform residents and guests of Rules & Regulations as needed. Requests proof of membership to Club facilities by requesting to see Association issued photo ID cards or a valid guest pass.\nIssue parking permits and parking enforcement\nRemove any trash/ debris on grounds or in planters.\nReport any burned out lighting or electrical problems.\nConduct routine, daily, walk-throughs inspecting all Club areas and correcting/reporting deficiencies or problems as needed.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements

Knowledge and Skills:

\n\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nProfessional customer service skills.\nInterpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\n\n

Required Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 9:00pm to 2:00am, ability to cover for call outs and other planned absences.

Education and Experience

\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required\n\n

Working Conditions

\n\nNon-Typical office environment (frequent standing, walking, talking, etc.), both inside activities and outside activities.\n\n
