LOGCAP: Logistics Coordinator (OCN)

Seeking a full-time Logistics Coordinator in Iraq in support of LOGCAP V. Join our team and grow with us as we provide best in-class services that help clients solve their most complex challenges.   

Your Impact

Responsible for opening, tracking, and closing work orders using Maximo or a government-approved AIS system, ensuring compliance with Army Records Management guidelines. Duties include responding to inquiries, identifying and resolving problems, and providing advice and assistance. Inputs, processes, and distributes all maintenance work requests to the appropriate facilities. Creates spreadsheets for site work orders. Additionally, operates and maintains the tool room, issuing, receiving, and accounting for various tools and test equipment. Manages the inventory, turn-in, and pickup of Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) requiring calibration.Create work using Maximo.Input, process, and distribute all work requests and equipment to appropriate repair section Leads.Verifying “In Progress” time and “Actual Finish” time.Entering labor hours and regular hours.Verifying material usage from the hard copy ticket against materials issued in Maximo.Entering data in Maximo and completing Work Orders. Opening Work orders for Leads when they are in the field.Service desk support for Leads.Trouble shooting Maximo problems with Leads.Entering meter readings/hours in Maximo daily.Ensure established Key Control procedures and end-of-day security procedures are adhered to at all times.Provide reports and statistical data utilizing Maximo as requested.Ensure the Work Order section performs processes and procedures IAW the performance work statement (PWS), internal/external IOPs, Work Instructions, Army Regulations, DA Pamphlets, and local requirements.Perform other duties and assignments as required.Keeps records of tools issued to and returned by workers.Visually inspects tools for wear or defects and reports damaged or worn-out equipment to superiors.Receive, organize, and distribute parts for work order jobs.Identification tags or engraved identifying information on tools and equipment may be attached using electric marking tools.Searches for lost or misplaced tools. Prepares periodic inventory or keeps perpetual inventory and requisitions stock as needed.Pick up parts from the Material department/ or Local Vendor.

Required Qualifications 

Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs.Must be able to speak, read and write English fluentlyMust maintain a valid driver’s license from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date.Must maintain a valid passport from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment dateMust satisfy and maintain CENTCOM MOD-17 medical requirements to include COVID-19 vaccinationsMust be able to gain and maintain authorized entry onto US military installations.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. Additional Required Qualifications  

High School graduate or equivalent3-4 years' work experience as a Logistic Coordinator employed in Iraq is preferred.  Previous experience in a customer service position and automated processing data system input skills are a must.Prior experience working in the US Military or Government Contracting environment.2-3 years of Maximo or work order experience
