Currently looking for qualified candidates to fill a Remote Master Planner (Facility/Infrastructure) positions (USN) on multiple sites within INDOPACOM-Marshall Islands region (USAG-KA (Kwajalein and Roi-Namur)) in support of LOGCAP V.
Your Impact
Performs variety of work in coordination with the Engineering Section in support of the LOGCAP contract for Kwajalein Atoll.Works with the Engineering manager to ensure the smooth process exists for construction management architectural design, programming/base development, and/or operations and maintenance (O&M) functions.Monitors/manages construction projects for new construction, renovations, and improvements to real property facilities from start to finish, including the performance of pre-construction site surveys all the way to completion of as-built drawings.Performs requirements programming in support of base development to include validating requirements to be performed by others, performing economic analyses, and coordinating with the installation facilities board.Provides management, planning, development, organizational, administrative, and coordination services for all base real property programs.Collaboratively develop facility and infrastructure solutions to meet client requirementsDevelop rough order of magnitude estimates of cost and schedule to implement client facility and infrastructure solutionsParticipate and if necessary, facilitate meetings, lead stakeholder discussions, and manage large, multi-disciplinary teams on complex master planning assignmentsUnited States and International travel, with occasional short notice travelOther duties as determined.Required Qualifications

Must have knowledge of and experience in developing facility and infrastructure solutions in support of military operations to include in contingency environments (DD Form 1391s, Project Planning Estimates, Project Estimates, etc.)Must have excellent knowledge and working experience with facility and infrastructure guidance to include Unified Facilities Code (UFC), Department of Defense Manuals, Army and US Army Corps of Engineers regulations, other Service (USAF, USN, etc.) and Joint Service and Combatant Command manuals (example, The Sand Book, Rhino Book, etc.)Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to include a specific knowledge of technical military writing style and formatMust be able to work with military personnel, US Government officials and personnel from other firms/companies to meet client requirements.10 years’ experience in facility and infrastructure planning requiredBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or similar/related field requiredMaster’s degree desiredProficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.) requiredFamiliarity with AutoCAD and ArcGIS proficiency desiredProfessional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect (RA) or American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) preferredProject Management Professional (PMP) desiredUS Citizenship with US Passport requiredRole Characteristics
