In this role you will get to **monitor and analyze project organization supply chain and logistic processes.** . **What You'll Be Doing:** + Manages the equipment currently stored in the assigned warehouse and maintains software systems specifically designed to manage logistical and warehouse functions. + Tracks the location and status of all equipment to ensure required equipment is ready and available to support events as needed. + Manage supply chain transactions to ensure equipment is on hand to meet training requirements. + Coordinate supply chain initiatives and actions in order to manage program costs. + Obtain quotes, coordinate orders with buyer(s), and ensure that necessary purchase requisitions data is entered into Costpoint. + Negotiate with suppliers regarding price, lead time, ordering quantities, shipping terms, and delivery expectations to achieve ongoing cost containment and improvement. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Emphasis in project management, logistics management, or warehouse management or similar disciplines will be given higher consideration. + Experience with US Air Force and US Transportation Command movement and transportation requirements. **Minimum Clearance Required to Start:** Secret This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
