We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Logistic Construction Superintendent in Cary/Wilson, North Carolina, who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. You’ll be accountable for overseeing and managing the logistics and daily delivery operations on the construction site. This role ensures that materials, equipment, and resources are efficiently coordinated and delivered to support the successful completion of construction project. Oversee on-site logistics operations, including the setup and maintenance of storage areas and equipment. Coordinate and manage laydown areas for trade partners, ensuring efficient use of space and resources. You’ll take the lead on facilitating Logistics Coordination Meetings with the Area Construction Managers on site. Prepare and distribute site bulletins and notifications to keep all stakeholders informed about the Site Updates. Most importantly, you’ll ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols related to logistics and material handling. Your role keeps our company connected and we’ll support you with what you need to be successful.

• At least 5+ years of construction site experience
• At least 5+ years of experience as a Site Logistics and/or Materials Controller
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
• Computer Software Skills (Microsoft, BlueBeam, Material Management)
• Pharma experience
