Logistic Coordinator
What you will do? Under the general direction of the Materials Manager, ensure the flow of raw material and finish goods with their respective legal compliance in customs and international trade. The basic objectives of this position are to ensure the arrival of the merchandise on time, control of transportation costs, customs compliance.This position is responsible for carrying out all export in line with JCI's internal and external policies regarding foreign trade.How you will do it? + Assure the transportation capabilities base on the plan needs. + Provide Weekly shipping plan to or Key transportation suppliers. + Generate a monthly freight and custom duties spent outlook. + Manage and assure that impo/expo operations get done complying overall custom border requirements. + Approve invoice payments (IA and Trax) for freight and customs expenses. + Import and Domestic Pickup Scheduling. + Generation of end of month reports. + Assurance of reports for compliance with Annex 24 (IMMEX, Prosec) + Generation of eighth rules and regulation of steel notices. + External warehouse management (Ryder) What we are looking for?Engineering Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of five years of progressive experience traffic controller and Customs Agencies, client services. Professional recognition and industry networking are desired.
