Malin is looking for a Logistic Coordinator that will be responsible for all aspects of coordinating the delivery of these solutions to our valued customers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Coordinate all transportation activities, including scheduling, working with logistics brokers, Malin resources and customer contacts * Manage Malin’s Transportation Database for 7 branches * Invoicing for customer moves. * Communicate with warehouse personnel * Back fill for dispatch, supervisors and others on an as-needed basis * Provides coordination for all transportation activities including related administrative support so that internal and external customer needs are met timely and company business objectives are fulfilled. * Input information and manage Malin's Transportation Database (All Branches) * Scan completed Bills of Lading into system for departmental viewing * Perform "physical" inventory audits against Malin's Transportation Database * Invoicing Customer / Vendors (Damage / Customer Moves / Lease Returns) * Assist Transportation Manager with scheduling freight with outside vendors * Constant communication with warehouse personnel on incoming and outgoing freight * Influence warehouse personnel to promote inventory control, warehouse organization and customer service goals * Organization * Ownership and self sufficient * Coordination/dispatching/ * Scheduling techs * Field trucks * Coordinating the cradling QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience * Associates degree in Business preferred, but not required * 1-3 years experience in Transportation and Logistics Special Requirements * Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
