Join our Supply Chain and Manufacturing Team

About this role

The role is partner with 3PLs and mkt stakeholders to delivery business requirement and lead the warehouse department in LKJ plant. This role is based in our Bali plant.

Key Accountabilities

Lead customer service team in term of sale order processing and E-invoice system abide by local tax regulation.

Manage and solve customer & consumer complaint.

Manage stock movement both physical and system comply with company policy and local legislation.

Manage FGs packing and material replenishment.

Optimize logistics cost and figure out productivity initiative. Implement logistics activities as regional requirement

Lead the logistics team (6 FTE and 2 contractor) in the mkt with a high performance organization..

Key contributor for the production site explanation project.

Qualifications and Experience required:

Good communication skills and English oral/written

Attention to details

Problem solving skills

Computer literacy presentation skills

SAP system knowledge is mandatory

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Good understanding of database management systems and proficiency with large data sets

Experience in leading cross functional technical teams to deliver imperative projects

The ability to remain motivated
