Order Handling Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed. This role is contributing to the ABB Niessen – Electrification Area.You will be mainly accountable for:• Processing customer orders to ensure they receive accurate and timely delivery of products• Ensuring the achievement of established objectives, i.e., on-time delivery through supervision and definition of improvement actions if necessary• Ensuring the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Logistics and other internal and/or external teams and prioritize customer inquiries and orders• Reviewing and analyzing performance against objectives and preparing improvement plans• Developing, implementing and maintaining customer service processes and ensuring compliance with global and local standards, norms, tools and policies, and share functional best practices and lessons learned throughout the organizationYou will join a high performing and dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the roleEngineer/Technical or Business studies Advanced English Work experience in managing a customer service or sales support team Customer focus and communication skills in an international environment Knowledge of Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint Knowledge of SAP/Salesforce will be positively valued Knowledge in handling export and import procedures will be positively valued
