Job Summary

Be responsible for order shipments processing; preparing all supported document; handling customer complaint;

负责查看SAP系统上的订单信息和库存信息，负责做发货单，安排货物订舱，确认船期、货物装运时间、发货方式等具体事宜，并配合部门其他人员做好发货工作，确保安全及时发送合格产品； 负责负责报关单据和交单单据的制作、寄送和管理，并配合财务部门做好货物出运的统计，核销单退单的登记与核对 解决货物出运过程中的问题; 负责销售样品的寄送； 负责办理《运输条件鉴定书》以及危险化工品分类报告 负责产品商检事宜
