Chubb is hiring a Logistics Coordinator, Executive Protection. As a mid-level individual contributor within Chubb, this role plays a crucial role in enhancing the organization's overall efficiency and effectiveness within Executive Protection

Chubb’s Global Safety, Security and Business Continuity Management (GSSBCM) manages critical areas that are driven by a Duty of Care to protect our people, property, reputation, and brand.

GSSBCM acts as a shared service to support Chubb Business Units and Corporate functions – as an integrator that can assist with reducing risk, and enhancing resilience, through deliberate planning, progressively challenging exercises, and transparent policies and processes.

The Logistical Coordinator for Executive Protection will play a vital role in the planning, organization, and execution of security operations for executive personnel. This position demands a detailed and proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality. Reporting directly to the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Executive Protection, the Logistical Coordinator will collaborate closely with security personnel, vendors, and executive staff to ensure the safety and well-being of high-profile individuals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate closely with transportation providers to ensure the prompt and secure movement of executives, while strictly adhering to safety protocols and industry best practices. Act as the primary point of contact between the Executive Protection (EP) team, third-party partners, and key stakeholders, fostering clear communication and a unified approach to all executive protection operations. Develop and implement operational plans in alignment with coordination efforts from the EP team to ensure comprehensive execution of protective strategies. Carefully review travel itineraries, security protocols, and transportation arrangements to ensure accuracy and compliance with the directives established by executive protection leadership. Work with EP leadership to continuously track all transportation and logistical operations, proactively identifying and resolving any discrepancies to ensure seamless execution of security measures. Track and analyze logistical budgets for executive protection operations to provide insights into overall expenditure and resource allocation. Create, maintain, and regularly update comprehensive documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to the executive protection organization, ensuring clarity and compliance with established policies. This will facilitate effective training and operational efficiency across the team. Maintain accurate records of all logistical operations and incidents, preparing detailed reports to support operational reviews, performance metrics, and strategic planning initiatives. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Protection and GSSBCM leadership, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in supporting organizational goals. Travel Requirements: Be prepared for occasional travel as necessary throughout the year, estimated at 10-15% of the time, to support executive protection initiatives and site assessments. Minimum of 7 years in security operations, executive protection, crisis management, or a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), demonstrating a strong foundation in the relevant field.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, providing a solid educational background for understanding security and management principles preferred. Master's degree stronly preferred.Proven experience in program management, overseeing ongoing security objectives, managing technology platforms, and security operations.Demonstration of increased responsibility in people management.Comprehensive knowledge of security operations associated with executive protection and global security frameworks, enabling effective decision-making and strategy development.General understanding and comprehension in current global politics, security trends, and emerging risk. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on identifying trends and implementing effective solutions.Demonstrated capability to lead the compliance and execution of policies and procedures within the security framework, ensuring adherence to best practices.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of efficiently engaging with diverse stakeholders and coordinating effectively across various teams.e: Strong administrative skills with a proven track record in task development and resource management to meet project deadlines and objectives.Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate solutions and strategies clearly to management and team members.High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams), SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook, and web-based communication tools, alongside adeptness in internet-based research.Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with tools such as Ontic, Everbridge, and International SOS (ISOS) is highly desirable, enhancing the capacity to leverage technology in security operations.
