We are currently seeking an experienced Inventory Management Logistician in support of the Program Executive Office Ground Combat Systems (PEO GCS).This position will support material management through CLIX ordering, demand management analysis, and fund site monitoring supporting the HQDA mandated SBCT Modernization program and fleet sustainment and maintenance operations supporting the Operational Force SBCTs. ResponsibilitiesResponsible for coordinating with OEM sustainment staff to develop a daily report to the GOV site Lead recommending repair part & material expenditures supporting maintenance & sustainment operations. Monitors government spending, against funding allocation, for maintenance & sustainment operation repair parts fulfilling supported PM. Provides recommended repair part funding forecasts to maintain stockage levels in the local warehouse to support future maintenance & sustainment operations. Fill mission support requirements at JBLM, WA or other locations to include preparing Property Book Transactions, preparing accountability documentation, coordinating the transfer of material to the end user, preparing spreadsheets to track the issue of material and shortages, coordinating for the issue of shortages, receiving material and providing short term storage in existing Government facilities, filing documentation for future reference, coordinating with units for the reissue of vehicles and equipment, and coordinating with units for the turn in of vehicles and equipment. QualificationsSecret Security Clearance A bachelor's degree in system engineering, supply management, business administration; or seven years of supply chain management experience in the DoD supply network; or ten years of supply chain management experience in the civilian workforce.  Minimum 3+ years of acquisition logistics support and in-depth experience with US Army major weapon systems.  Familiar with documentation requirements, product support elements, and requirements for the development, procurement, and sustainment of the US Army major weapon systems.  An understanding of the Army Force Structure, common terms, and terminology is preferred Additional Information
