Precise Systems is seeking an experienced Logistician III Senior to serve International Small Combatants Program Office (PMS 525), within PEO Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC)
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Duties:
Coordinate Class Plan Development, Logistics Requirements Funding Summaries, and foreign customer Monthly report inputs and oversee action item resolutions, risk management, budget development and tracking, schedule development and staff management Assist in line acquisition strategy, finance, mission planning, and coordination with other USG offices. Monitor and prepare correspondence in support of the Logistics budget requirements and execution Assist development of supply support, onboard storage and Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T) plans. Coordinate spares modeling and multi-year spares plan Lead the provisioning process Ensure inventory accountability and accuracy Maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM). Coordinate the outfitting process for each ship. Develop the Consolidated Shipboard Allowance List (COSAL) per ship and Coordinated Shore Maintenance Allowance List (COSMAL) per class Provide oversight support for obsolescence management program Assist in developing Class Maintenance Plan (CMP). Conduct Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA). Oversee PMS development. Coordinate with Supply Support lead on provisioning requirements. Lead for support equipment requirements. Lead for calibration and metrology. Lead the failure analysis (FMECA) efforts. Level of Repair Analysis (LORA). Maintain FRACAS. Maintain Reliability Block Diagrams. Support RMA issues with the customer.Experience:
Minimum 15 years' experience in subject matter above Leading oversight of major infrastructure projects Liaison with US commands and US Army Corps of Engineers Developing facilities/infrastructure plans Maintaining facilities related project budgets and schedulesEducation:
Bachelors DegreeMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
