**Overview** LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (EO/IR 2025-22293): Bowhead seeks a Logistics Management Specialist to join our team at the Naval Surface Warfare Center – Crane Division (NSWC-Crane). The Logistics Management Specialist willProvide programmatic and Life Cycle Logistics support for current Electro-Optic Infrared (EO/IR) projectsmanaged by the Electro-Optic Technology Division (EOTD) including programmatic services, procurement documentation development, budget formulation, financial execution and tracking, andtechnical writing. Contractor shall provide project management support including, but not limited to, the following: coordination of project operations including management of records, schedules, andcorrespondence; analytical support; deliverables tracking; task management; and support the development of milestones and objectives for current projects. **Responsibilities** Essential functions will include: + Collect data from multiple sources, organize and analyze the information to be able to produce reports. Must be able to work independently and be detail oriented. + Must be able to multi-task supporting multiple customers both internal and external. + Coordinate meeting times, locations, and attendees. + Prepare and provide meeting notifications and agendas. + Record meeting discussions, issues, and action item assignments. + Prepare action item correspondence for Government review and approval. + Prepare and distribute finalized minutes with action items and attendee list. + Assist in the resolution of Fleet concerns + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + Bachelors' Degree with one (1) to five (5) years of experience + Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Management, Supply Support, Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T) are desirable but not required. + Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint + Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts + Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team Physical Demands: + Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds + Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time + Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.
