ARServices is seeking a Logistician Support Specialist to work in the Honolulu, HI area.

The Logistician Support Specialist will oversee and manage the logistic functions and warehouse operations to ensure efficient tracking, utilization, and maintenance of equipment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for system management, cross-departmental training, and process improvement while providing support and leadership in multi-phase logistics projects across various sectors, including telecommunications, military, and government agencies.

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

Act as the Safety Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Training Manager, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the PCR360 equipment tracking system. Lead system usability meetings, summarizing and prioritizing issues to enhance cross-departmental processes and procedures. Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new hires and develop detailed work plans and job-aids to uphold quality standards. Collaborate with managers and vendors to maintain master project plans and schedules for complex projects; manage inventory to support continuous operational needs. Manage multiple logistics projects, ensuring customer deadlines are met and providing tailored logistic and warehouse services to clients such as AT&T, the military, and selected government agencies. Oversee daily management of equipment, location, and catalog data in PCR360, along with related documentation. Document and track the transition to new transport, network management, and operating systems. Support system upgrades and adapt processes in response to a fast-paced and changing environment.
