The position of Shipping Administrator will be an onsite role, working along side the Logistics & Compliance Manager, where you will support on a day to day shipping of our product that will include repairs /spares to the full flight simulator around the world.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Processing of shipments to suppliers & Customers.Maintaining shipping records Issuing clearance instructions for the imports into the company.Dealing with shipping enquiriesData entry.Raising PREQs for InvoicesEssential Skills:
Be able to organise and prioritise.Ability to multi-task effectively.Ability to plan, manage own workload and take ownership of own workload. IT skill to include Excel.Work well under pressureWhat else could be helpful to be successful in this role:
