Logistics Administrative Support Specialist
**Description** Applied Research Solutions is seeking a part-time Logistics Administrative Support Specialist at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Richmond facility. ARS employees are motivated through our industry competitive benefits package, our awards and recognition program, and personalized attention from ARS Senior Managers. **Responsibilities include:** + Administrative support of the day-to-day activities of the ODS/HFC Reserve Program Office + Generate / extract specified transaction and inventory reports + Analyze reports using the published ODS / HFC reports analysis procedures document as a guide + Generate / extract final versions of specified transaction and inventory reports + Generate / compile monthly contract deliverables + Preparation of monthly reports: ODS / HFC inventory, requisition, customer return / due-in, and leak monitoring reports + Review and compile employee trip reports and labor hours + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:** + Must be a US citizen + Experience with DoD/DLA logistics management systems, preferably including Distributed Standard System (DSS) and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) + Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiently + Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing for government and international audiences + BA/BS degree, five years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, three of which must be in the DoD. + OR, 10 years of directly related experience, five of which must be in the DoD All positions at Applied Research Solutions are subject to background investigations.
