Position Overview

 

We are seeking an SAP Advanced Key User to join the logistics team at Lear Corporation Tunisia. The Logistics AKU will play a crucial role in ensuring the system operates efficiently. Engaging regularly with end-users to enhance their experience, define new logistics processes and flows, and lead training and continuous improvement initiatives in existing logistic processes

 

Main Missions :

 

Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs (Inventory levels, ATR, Sales, and production hours). Develop action plans to address any deviations. Implement measures to optimize and balance inventory at Raw Material (RM), Work-in-Progress (WIP), and Finished Goods (FG) levels by enhancing current flows and processes. Lead the implementation of SAP modifications/improvements, collaborating with the IT department. Work with other AKUs or Logistics Engineers to share experiences and implement best practices. Prepare specifications for system customizations and test modifications. Lead root cause analysis for customer complaints related to documentation (labeling, delivery notes, ASN, etc.). Verify document compliance and ensure materials are labeled according to SAP standards, particularly in SMD processes. Oversee the preparation of documents accompanying the delivery of finished products. Set up logistic flows in SAP (customer scheduling, production planning, supplier scheduling, replenishment picking, and disposal of materials for production, warehouse management). Prepare working instructions for key users and end-users and conduct training sessions for both groups. Lead physical inventory checks and reconciliation (W2W). Participate in Kaizen events related to logistics.

 

 

To be successful for this role :

 

University  degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or Engineering. Strong knowledge of business processes, project management skills, and extensive experience in designing and/or managing ERP systems (Mandatory in SAP). Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Access, PowerBI). Min 4 years of Experience in logistics. Analytical capacity and a focus on results.

 

Language Skills:

Good communication skills in both French and English
