Under the United States (U.S.) Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Global Intelligence Logistics and Engineering (GILE) program, Team V2X will provide: global multi-disciplined engineering; facilities; sustainment and maintenance of non-standard (non-Program of Record) and Program of Record intelligence systems to include the integration of new intelligence technologies and capabilities; Portal management; hardware design and integration; network management; technology development and application; and supply chain / logistics support to INSCOM, U.S. Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER), Army Intelligence, Joint Forces, Combatant Commands, and the Intelligence Community (IC). Team V2X will enable INSCOM’s mission of anticipating requirements and employing innovative techniques to equip and sustain Soldiers, Civilians, systems, and facilities. As a dedicated partner to INSCOM G4, Team V2X is committed to enhancing readiness as part of Combined, Joint, and IC interdependent teams supporting tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence units, personnel, ground and aerial intelligence equipment, operation facilities, and infrastructure from multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations. This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X. #clearance Responsibilities + Provide logistical and automation support to Property Book Officer. + Maintain Property Book, or equivalent, utilizing GCSS-A or other APSR. + Perform routine research and determine sources of supply, stock / part numbers, costs, and reimbursable status of materiel. + Prepare requisition documents and forward to applicable sources. Maintain the document register, assign document numbers, and record status / demand for materiel. + Monitor the status of requisitions in the document register. Provide status to customers and maintain a register of cancelled requisitions. Conduct monthly reconciliation of the document register and determine appropriate courses of action. + Prepare and process documentation in support of Property Book Office (PBO) operations. + Utilize GCSS-A to input property book transactions. + Utilize AESIP to create and/or search for MCN’s Material Catalogue Numbers that will be used to account for property in GCSS-Army and/or conduct routine market research. + Assist with issue/turn-in of HQ INSCOM property. Prepare paperwork for equipment issue, turn-in, and lateral transfer thru DST-LMI. + Assist in physical issues / turn-ins at various HQ INSCOM locations. + Assist with maintaining hand receipts. Assist with the documenting and accountability of PHRH periodic inventories. Able to perform all duties to ensure timely, courteous, and quality support to INSCOM or other customers / affiliates. Qualifications Education / Certifications: + Bachelor’s degree; OR + Associate's degree and four (4) years of progressive experience in supply or logistics operations; OR + High School Diploma and five (5) years of progressive experience in supply or logistics operations. + Must have certificate of training in GCSS-A Property Book or Unit Supply. Security Clearance Requirement: + Must be a US Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance based upon a TIER 5 Background Investigation, and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IAW ICD 704. + Some positions or assignments may require a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph, especially those requiring access to TDN2. Experience / Skills: + Experience in supply and property accountability. + Knowledgeable of the Federal Supply System. + Must have knowledge in DOD procedures for receipt, issue, turn-in of Army property and appropriate associated forms. + Must have knowledge in Army Regulations and Department of the Army Pamphlets as they pertain to inventory / property management, property accountability, property authorizations, and property disposal. + Knowledge of software applications to include word processing and ability to modify / tailor existing databases to generate, manipulate, and analyze logistics data. + Fluent in the English language, including the ability to read, write, and comprehend relevant documentation. + Supports US Army systems on site whenever and wherever deployed. Available to deploy to other countries and/or theaters to perform quick reaction technical support to U.S. forces worldwide, military contingency missions, and requirements in potentially hazardous work environments.
