Job Description:

Role Summary

The Logistics Analyst functions as a member of the Global Support organization delivering service hardware in alignment with contractual support agreements.  Key areas of responsibility include Service Parts Planning, Partner Management and Order fulfillment.  Candidate will work hand in hand with multiple Support and Engineering teams, Global Operations and Third Party Logistics/On-site partners.  They will need to have strong communication skills and ability to quickly learn applicable systems and tools.    

Main Duties include but not limited to:

Service Parts Planning: 

NPI, LTB, Demand service spare planning for hardware support contracts

Planning tool administration

Inventory optimization throughout product life cycle"

Initial stock, replenishment, purge/recall order management

Repair pipeline planning

Partner Operations:

Full operational management for TPL, TPM, Planning partners 

Performance management & location availability/setup

Crisis escalation point / situation management

Invoice and PO management

Import & Export escalations

Order Fulfillment:

Oversee all logistical details of HW dispatch for multiple business units

Order oversight, tracking, POD, follow up requests, etc.

Real-time escalation management ensuring SLA's are meet

Reverse Logistics / RL problem resolution

Skills

Strong working knowledge of CRM/ERP applications, Excel, Oracle, Incorta reporting, Service Parts Planning applications.

Ability to analyze information from multiple data sets and identify strategic as well as tactical actions to meet organizations goals and requirements. 

Able to clearly communicate across multiple levels of the organizations including GS leadership, Sales and Partners.

Acts independently and with groups to determine methods and procedures that influence meeting team initiatives/objectives.  Drives and provides insight into best-in-class work practices whenever possible.

Works under general direction toward short and long-range goals.

Other duties as assigned:

Experience : Bachelor's and/or 5+ years of related experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm, occasional weekend or overnight escalation as required

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $59,000 - $87,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
