Huntsville, AL, USA | Full Time Overview: Mb Solutions is seeking a highly qualified Logistics Analyst to provide expert support to Army Materiel Command (AMC) in managing and analyzing equipping guidance across the Army enterprise. This role requires direct coordination with Army Commands (ACOM), Army Service Component Commands (ASCC), and Direct Reporting Units (DRUs) to synchronize and implement equipping, transportation, and modernization strategies at both operational and strategic levels. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret equipping guidance to support Army-wide logistics and modernization initiatives. Coordinate with ACOM, ASCC, and DRU stakeholders to ensure effective alignment and execution of logistics strategies. Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and briefings to senior Army leadership. Operate and manage logistics systems and tools, including GCSS-Army and the Decision Support Tool (DST). Leverage Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables) and SharePoint for data analysis, reporting, and collaborative planning. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field The position requires a minimum of ten years' experience working at the brigade or above level with five years at the ACOM/ASCC level. Proven experience in Army logistics operations, equipping strategies, and stakeholder coordination. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, and SharePoint. Provides expert life cycle logistics support, advising on procurement, repair, overhaul, reset, and modification of complex systems. Drives integration of evolving maintenance and supply concepts, developing innovative methods and techniques to optimize program performance and resource utilization. Coordinates and formulates maintenance and supply policies, establishes performance criteria, and allocates critical resources-including parts, tools, test equipment, and technical procedures-for assigned hardware programs. Ensures alignment with strategic objectives through rigorous analysis of mission requirements, setting priorities, and defining actionable program goals. Serves as a key advisor in shaping logistics policy and execution, delivering agile solutions that enhance readiness, reduce risk, and support the Army's global sustainment strategy.
