QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION Barilla Turkey is looking for a Logistics Analyst based in Bolu city. The individual will directly report to the Logistics Manager. Key Accountabilities: + Organize vehicle planning and loading plans and prepare road transport documents. + To manage and follow up on the domestic market and export operations daily. + To carry out loading, repackaging, transportation, collection, and labelling operations within the framework of Barilla quality standards. + To carry out loading and unloading operation controls. + Ensure the solution-oriented actions are taken in case of problems related to the delivery process. + Monitoring finished and by-product material movements with warehouse management system and enterprise resource planning programs + Record accounting transactions in return processes. + Participate in the counting activities to be carried out in parallel with the determined counting frequency. + Track, fill and archive the necessary forms for the warehouse. + Preparation of daily logistics reports. + Monitoring and management of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual targets + To monitor compliance with the regulations of occupational health and safety standards and environmental management standards on-site. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree in related departments. + Experienced in a similar role. + Fluency in English and Turkish. + Proficiency in Logo, MS Office Applications, and associated planning tools. + Result-oriented and dynamic with good communication skills. + Residence in Bolu or able to move to Bolu city.
