Logistics Analyst

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of Engineering, Statistics, Economics or business related courses

2. WIth above average computer and analytical skills

3. With above average communication skills - both oral and written.

 

Primary Functions: Monitor, analyzes and process all submitted documents related to warehousing, hauling, delivery and value-added services. Reconcile and send follow ups status with TPTs and concerned parties   Establish standard and regular billings schedules of LSPs Coordinate with Operations Groups to ensure that all related logistics costs are submitted and processed on time for timely liquidation of all BLG related expenses incurred for a specific period with accompanying documents and attachments as maybe required Coordinates with Operations Groups, Shared Services Center (SSC), and LSPs those billing documents with exceptions for appropriate action and timely resolution. Prepare and consolidate monthly accrual for Logistics cost every 5th day of the following month. Prepare and submit Purchase Requisitions of Supplies and Services related to Trucking, Hauling, and Warehousing. Reconciles and validate open PO’s and GR/SR hanging balances emailed by BU and SMIS Finance and recommend reversal and PO maintenance if necessary. Ensures that all LSPs are being charged accordingly and deducted by SSC every payment schedule based on the acknowledged claim memos, charge memos, and system generated Miscellaneous Sales Invoices (MSI). Prepare gross contribution computation for RORO trips for PHC, Dairy, and Coffee Business Units based on request. Performs General Administrative support to PHC, Dairy, and Coffee Business Units’ Operations, Inventory and Finance as the needs arises. Attend to any reversal requests from Operations. Prepare year end accrual to be submitted to Finance.
